					<description><![CDATA[WOW!  Joe it really sounds like you have an agenda against Pierce Brosnan! I have a friend, whose son HATES everything that Nick Cage does, no matter what! If Nick is in a movie, he refuses to see it, and has NEVER seen any film that Nick has done! Sounds like the same with you and Pierce! I personally felt that George Lazenby was the closest to the literal James Bond of any of them. Connery was good, but too Hollywood, and the same with Moore and the rest. OHMSS was just about my favorite of the series, but I still like to read the novels!]]></description>

He wasn&#039;t  confident enough yet to walk in and put his interpretation of role forward.    Since losing the role to Craig and watching what Daniel has done with the character, it seems Pierce has chosen to lay the blame for criticisms of his acting the role on everything but himself. Shame. He had done some fine work in other roles. I wish him all the best going forward.]]></description>
